French 75 de Noel
Ingredients for 2 persons :
Ustensils :

- 6cl of Lind & Lime Gin
- 3cl of lemon juice
- 2cl of mandarin syrup
- 6cl of Champagne, Crémant de Loire or Presecco
- 1zeste of lemon
- 0.5 cup of ice cubes
Ustensils :

Steps :
- Add Lind & Lime gin, lemon juice and mandarin syrup to a shaker.
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
- Top up with champagne and garnish with lemon zest.
