While the goats are no longer here, you can still see the path that was named after them. The “Rotte aux biques”, the aptly named goat's path that winds its way over the flanks of the hillside, offering spectacular views looking down over Lavardin village and the beautiful rolling hills of the Loir valley. The path, part of the GR35, borders several troglodytic constructions, some of which are still used as homes, while others house B&Bs or artist's studios.
