Semoule au Lait












Ingredients for 4 persons :       
  • 500ml of whole milk
  • 40g of fine semolina
  • 35g of castor sugar

Ustensils :
     pan
     whisk
Steps :
  • In a pan, boils milk with sugar.
  • Add the semolina and stir constantly over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour into pots and let cool at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with jam or a fresh fruit coulis.
