Ingredients for 4 persons :

- 500ml of whole milk
- 40g of fine semolina
- 35g of castor sugar

Steps :
- In a pan, boils milk with sugar.
- Add the semolina and stir constantly over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour into pots and let cool at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve with jam or a fresh fruit coulis.
